SEMINARS
Full Life Therapy seminars are educational events which are informative and includes more structured subject matter, presented with skill and humour.
Our seminars run for 1-2 hours and allow for a larger audience (50 people). There are a wide variety of topics available and these can be streamlined to meet the needs of your organisation, company or private group.
GROUP-WORK
Participants in group sessions often find that discussing their shared issues gives them a sense of belonging and discovering that they are not alone. Clients often say they gain support, empathy and understanding from others in this restorative process.
