How will I know if I need Counselling?

Everyone has deeply sad and upsetting days. If your hardship is lasting longer and starting to affect your daily functioning then you may need to look for outside, professional help. Even getting up in the morning, showering and dressing, having normal conversations, going out with friends or showing up to work or college can be overwhelming.
