Where You Really Matter.
Empowering You Towards a Full Life
Full Life Therapy is a professional counselling and therapeutic service including life coaching in Tralee for adults from 18 years of age. Aimee and Meg bring vast experience, specialised knowledge and kindness to our integrated therapy approach. We give time to body, mind, spirit and emotions in order to experience the entire self.
Our integrated approach is person-centred and recognises that all people possess unlimited potential to be their own greatest resource. We draw from a variety of approved methods in recognition that each individual is unique and different. Vibrant, fulfilling lives are possible regardless of the difficulties that arise throughout life. Becoming our best self is a skill that can be mastered and Meg and Aimee are here to help you develop it.
We provide realistic and practical strategies that are easy to apply to life, work and relationships. Our warmhearted, supportive approach coupled with knowledge, skill and experience enables genuine positive change to occur.
Life is often difficult. It is how we navigate our way through and make sense of the difficulties as they arise that ensures a rich, full life.
At times we need help from more than friends or family - those who are qualified to help you make sense out of the issue/s. Giving ourselves space to process and learn to manage the difficulties directly increases how contented and satisfied we are with our lives.
