Meg has thoughtfully developed Full Life Therapy from many years in counselling & social work practice, caring for people from every walk of life who have experienced difficulties in their lives which have affected their ability to cope.

An Australian who now lives in Kerry, Meg has honed the Full Life Therapy approach from many years of both professional and personal experience, academic studies and skills development in every facet of people care.

She has worked thousands of practice hours locally and internationally providing quality counselling, care and support to individuals, couples and families with excellent results.

Meg loves working with people who want to attain a rich, full life.  Her genuine concern is evident while encouraging the skills and strategies required to 'live fully' regardless of life's difficulties. She has the proven track-record to show this is possible.

Her academic qualifications are in counselling, mediation, social work, theology, addictions therapy, pastoral counselling, life coaching. To keep current in her approach, Meg continues learning - and applying new skills, knowledge and experience across a variety of research and current methods of practice.

In addition, family support - where families of the addicted person/s are given a safe place where kindness, support plus skills and solutions for self care and recovery are found. The 6 week program Recovering Balance was developed for this purpose.

Meg uses a humanistic, person centred approach and provides spiritual care for people as requested. Her counselling methods are tailored to suit specific client needs, knowing that one approach does not fit all.
